That's what @philwilkinsonpcc has said he and the Chief Constable of @WiltshirePolice have heard throughout year. Alongside the clear picture from Force, this forms the backdrop to the Commissioner’s budget planning this year. 
Because Mr Wilkinson wants to engage with as many residents and stakeholders as possible, before he reports to the Police and Crime Panel on the budget, he has opened his Policing, Priorities and £s survey.
