The Planning Inspectorate has confirmed that, following representations made by Wiltshire Councillor Suzanne Wickham, the deadline for the submission of further comments from interested parties has been extended to 30 November 2024. 

Anyone who is unable to submit their representations by way of the Appeals Casework Portal, may submit their views by post.  Although the Inspectorate does not encourage interested parties to submit representations by e-mail it has confirmed that, exceptionally, these will be allowed in this case.  Any e-mails should be sent to west1@planninginspectorate.gov.uk.
